Delivery charges are outlined on each products listing. Majority of products offer free shipping. 

JST Electronics can accept payments by Visa & Mastercard, we use Stripe industry standard secure system to do this.

We also accept payment by Google Pay/Apple Pay & Klarna

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, payment details are sent within the confirmation email once you have selected to pay using this method, and your purchase will be dispatched once payment to our account has been confirmed. 

We use either DPD/ DHL as our delivery partner, for some smaller items we use Royal Mail.

Delivery is reliant on when your order is placed. Orders pre–2pm we aim to ship same day. Orders placed across a weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Service level for delivery is 24–48 hours from date of ordering. There maybe exceptional circumstances beyond our control where a delivery could be delayed, however you will also be provided a tracking reference for your order, so you have full visibility and a link will also be within the shipping advice email again dependant on the product you buy the delivery partner will differ. Your unit goes through a complete quality check to ensure all accessories are included, it is also fully cleaned and charged ready for your use.
