Excellent laptop, best that I’ve ever owned. The seller was helpful with a delivery problem that wasn’t their fault, really good customer service. Good value for my purchase as well, around two thirds of retail price, but I can’t tell it’s refurbished. I would definitely recommend this company, very impressed.

Really happy with purchase. Asked a question before purchase, and received a helpful and non pushy reply. Laptop arrived on time and well packed. Machine is in really good cosmetic condition – there are a few marks being refurbished, but this is as expected. No complaints at all. Would buy another laptop here again and would recommend.
